I’m a therapist, leadership coach, retreat facilitator, and the founder of Into the Woods—a space dedicated to groups to gather with family, friends, or their team. At my core, I’m a connector, relationship builder, and guide—someone who sees the potential in others and helps them step into it with confidence. With a 20+ year background in therapeutic work - mind, body, Spirit, I understand the power of meaningful connection and the impact it has on both personal and professional growth. In the last decade, I have specialized in leadership development, coaching, and now offer consulting services.
I created The Hive because women in business and leadership have told me they often feel like they are an island. I believe work/ life balance is better when we don’t need to go it alone, and that the right relationships can transform not just your career, but your entire life.

We get it—you’re busy. The Hive is designed to fit into your life, with us providing you opportunities for connection and you getting to decide when it is a “yes”. There will be resources you can peruse as time permits in your schedule, and events to attend that fit into your schedule. It is as simple as reading our emails and posts only, to participating in events.

Joining the Hive is FREE! You only pay for the events you attend. This is more of a gateway to all the things, rather than an ongoing membership fee. If you want you can upgrade with no pressure from us- coming to this community this summer.

The Hive is built on the idea of mutual support—meaning that as you receive visibility and referrals, you’re also contributing to the community in some way. This could mean promoting another member’s event, recommending a fellow Hive member’s services, collaborating on a project, or simply showing up and engaging in meaningful ways. The more we uplift each other, the stronger the community becomes!

No you don’t have to host an event at Into the Woods. However, we will make it really easy and simple for you to use our spaces if you want to.

The Hive is open to all types of women in leadership—from service providers to creatives, solopreneurs, and practitioners. If you’re a woman in business who values relationships, connection, and growth, this space is for you.

You could become a referral partner, or be listed in The Menu (see below for details). We recommend you try to attend and participate in the gatherings and events we and other Hive members will offer.

A referral partner is someone who loves Into the Woods and wants to promote the upcoming events, offerings, etc. In return, ITW will also promote your events at Into the Woods and in the community. This is a great way to increase visibility, “word of mouth” and referral business + earn $$ towards your rentals at ITW, or gift cards.

THE MENU is:
A listing on our curated, exclusive business list - We are creating a list of businesses who want to do business with our guests and each other. Into the Woods will share this list with ALL inquiries and bookings, house it on our website, and will utilize this list personally for our events and word of mouth referrals.
Visibility for Your Business – We help promote your events, share your work, and get the word out about what you’re building.
An automatic Referral Network – Simply by being on the list, other businesses will get to know you and word of mouth will happen naturally.
