I’m a leadership coach, retreat facilitator, and the founder of Into the Woods—a space dedicated to helping women in leadership reconnect with their purpose, grow their businesses, and build meaningful relationships. At my core, I’m a connector, relationship builder, and guide—someone who sees the potential in others and helps them step into it with confidence. With a 20-year background in leadership development, coaching, and therapeutic work, I understand the power of meaningful connection and the impact it has on both personal and professional growth.

I created The Hive because I believe success is better when it’s shared, and that the right relationships can transform not just your business, but your entire life.
