A Retreat for Harvest & Homecoming Autumn Reset
A three-night retreat for women who are ready to pause, reflect on the season behind them, and intentionally step into what's next.
October 22–25, 2026 | Boyne Mountain Resort
Gather. Release. Renew.
Autumn has always been my favorite season:
Not simply because of the changing leaves or crisp mornings.
Because nature reminds us that letting go is part of living well.
Harvest is a time to gather the lessons, celebrate the growth, and release what no longer belongs before stepping into a new season.
Yet most of us move straight into the holidays without ever asking:
What have I learned this year?
What do I want to carry forward?
What am I ready to leave behind?
Autumn Reset is your invitation to slow down.
To reconnect with yourself.
To enjoy meaningful conversations, beautiful surroundings, good food, rest, laughter, and a weekend that feels both restorative and intentional.
Come with your best friend, sister, daughter, mom, or someone who knows your story—and create memories that will stay with you long after the leaves have fallen.
Is this retreat for you?
This retreat is for women who are beginning to believe there is another way to live.
You may be...
✔ Feeling pulled in too many directions.
✔ Wondering where you fit into the life you've built.
✔ Ready to stop postponing yourself.
✔ Craving meaningful conversation instead of surface-level busyness.
✔ Wanting to enter the holiday season with greater peace instead of more pressure.
You don't need to have all the answers.
You simply need to be willing to create the space to ask better questions.
You don't need to have all the answers.
You simply need to be willing to create the space to ask better questions.
Throughout the weekend we'll move through the natural rhythm of Autumn.
What We'll Explore
Gather: Celebrate what this season has grown in you. Recognize your strengths, lessons, relationships, and wins.
Release: Let go of expectations, responsibilities, beliefs, or habits that no longer fit who you're becoming.
Renew: Design your next season with greater clarity, intention, and peace. Because the life you want isn't built all at once. It's created one intentional season at a time.

About Your Host:
Hi ~ I’m Mercedes
Owner and founder of Into the Woods
I’ve been a space holder- both literally and figuratively for nearly 30 years professionally, but probably my whole life personally. As a therapist, coach, retreat leader, and retreat property owner, I have dedicated my life to helping others find their way, their unique path. Throughout my career, I've specifically sought out modalities that treat the whole person. I've found that integrating traditional therapy with mind/body connections, spiritual practices, leadership coaching, somatic work, and TIME not only deepens the healing process but also addresses the roots of anything holding us back more effectively.
As a natural seeker, I’ve personally embraced these approaches, leading to significant breakthroughs and allowing me to live with less overthinking and more sweet freedom. My most profound growth and relaxation have occurred during retreats, and I’m passionate about sharing this transformative experience with others. At my serene retreat oasis in West Michigan, I invite you, your friends, and colleagues to step away from the busyness of daily life to discover your paths to personal and professional fulfillment and joy.
A Thought …
What if the best way to prepare for what's next - is to pause long enough to honor what's been?
Join us for Autumn Reset: A Retreat for Harvest & Homecoming.
My Promise
I don't believe retreating is about escaping your life.
I believe it's about returning to it with greater clarity.
When we intentionally step away from the noise, we often discover the next right step has been waiting for us all along.
My hope is that you'll leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more connected to yourself than when you arrived.
